We collect information you provide during registration including your full name, email address, WhatsApp and calling numbers, and company name. We also collect usage data such as inquiry views, login timestamps, and IP addresses to protect the platform from abuse.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate iNeedProperty, notify you of relevant property inquiries in your subscribed areas, verify your identity, process your account approval, and communicate platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Visibility to Other Users
Your name and company are visible to other approved agents when you post an inquiry. Your WhatsApp number is only visible to logged-in approved agents on inquiry detail pages. Your email is never publicly displayed.
4. Notifications & Communications
By registering and subscribing to areas, you consent to receiving email notifications for new inquiries in those areas. You can manage your subscriptions any time from your profile.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security including bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, TLS encryption, and rate limiting. All data is stored on secured servers.
6. Anti-Scraping & Watermarking
iNeedProperty embeds invisible watermarks in inquiry content. This allows us to trace any data extracted or leaked outside the platform. Automated scraping is actively detected and blocked.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request complete account deletion by contacting privacy@iNeedProperty.com and we will process it within 7 business days.
8. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with third parties.
