Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using iNeedProperty. By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using iNeedProperty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to registered users.
2. Eligibility
iNeedProperty is a B2B platform for licensed real estate agents in the UAE. Registration is subject to admin approval. By registering you confirm you are a licensed or authorised real estate professional.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not scrape, copy, or extract inquiry data by any automated means. You may not share login credentials or allow others to use your account. You may not post false or misleading inquiries. Violations result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal action.
4. Inquiry Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of inquiries you post. iNeedProperty does not verify the authenticity of individual requirements. Posting spam, irrelevant, or duplicate inquiries is prohibited.
5. Agent Contact Information
Agent contact details on the platform are for professional networking between agents only. Mass messaging, unsolicited cold calling, or harassing other agents is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and code is the intellectual property of iNeedProperty. Inquiry data is the property of the posting agent. You grant iNeedProperty a non-exclusive licence to display your inquiries on the platform.
7. Watermarking & Anti-Scraping
iNeedProperty embeds invisible watermarks in inquiry content. Any extracted or leaked data can be traced to the responsible account. Detected scraping is subject to legal action under UAE cybercrime laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
iNeedProperty is a marketplace and is not responsible for the outcome of agent interactions. We do not guarantee that posted inquiries will result in transactions. Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
